hijabbeauty.net provides an AI-powered image generation service that creates styled portrait photographs featuring hijab styling for various occasions. The Service uses Google's Gemini AI technology to transform uploaded portrait photos.

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Upload photos of others without their explicit consent. You may only upload photos of yourself or individuals who have given you clear written permission.
• Upload, generate, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or harassing
• Use the Service to create content that misrepresents a person's identity or creates false impressions about them
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or misuse the AI systems powering the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in bulk
• Re-sell or commercially exploit generated images without written permission from us
• Upload images depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and report violations to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Your Uploaded Photos

You retain all rights to the original photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process the image solely for the purpose of generating your AI portraits. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

Generated Images

For free tier users: Generated images may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Images include a hijabbeauty.net watermark.

For premium subscribers: Generated images (watermark-free) may be used for personal purposes and reasonable personal social media sharing.

Our Intellectual Property

The hijabbeauty.net name, logo, website design, software, and all related materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Premium Tier

• Unlimited generations
• No watermark on generated images

Billing & Cancellation

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated images will meet your expectations or accurately reflect any particular style. AI generation results may vary and are inherently unpredictable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hijabbeauty.net, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including the rights of any person whose photo you upload without consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
